Soothing Balm

My life has been utterly stressed out of late. Regular readers of this blog have noticed. First, I went MIA and Betty had to hunt me down and threaten me with a Beetle Ninja kick if I didn’t show back up. Then, I had that angst day. And through it all, work has just been – well – fun. Mmmm.

But! It’s always nice when something comes along to soothe all those ruffled feathers. (=

Mine came in the form of my current BE landlord – Marlee. I dropped by her blog yesterday and she had put up the nicest things about me. She says I am, and I quote: “Funny, quirky, creative, and intuitive. A fresh read.” Awwwwwwww. I got all warm and tingly and smooshy inside. So, yay for Marlee! She utterly made my day yesterday!

Do you ever…

So, I was over at BE, trying to find a blog to rent for the week. And I found a really neat one. I enjoyed how she put things. And the template was really nice too. I’m a sucker for a great template. I’m now trying to plot how to have something similar. And I don’t even know how to code for EE. I’m an idiot. I know.

So – ANYway.

I responded to a post she had there. She made a comment about Vampire: the Masquerade and I play that. Well, online, anyway. (yes, YES. I’m a Geek. We KNEW this. q: Bah!) And after I posted it, I realized that it might come across as really, really, really weird to her. She doesn’t know me, has never been to my blog, doesn’t know that I’m a crack-pot in disguise. You all know that and love me anyway. And I love you! (;

So, while I was completely and utterly myself, it dawned on me that I might be scary to people who don’t know me. And that’s just weird to me.

Has that happened to you? You just stopped and realized you might have just freaked out someone on the internets just by being yourself? Wow. Now I’m all – :blush:

Whoops.

So, to the lovely blog owner of Northern Bound – I’m sorry! I didn’t mean to be freaky and creepy!! I swear!!

So you like when it’s cold

Then why don’t you have some vacation here in Europe where Siberia suddenly decide to give us a bit of it’s weather. :/
I come from Canada and don’t mind cold weather but… still…. Siberia weather !!!! Even Moscow can’t resist !!!

Are you sure you still prefer cold weather ?
