Okay, so I’m pimping the meltdown there because I’m writing an entry that pushes it down. Anyway.
The idiot girl is me. Yes, it really is. Why am I an idiot girl? Because it has occurred to me that I still have a crush on one of my guy friends. (But how could you NOT? He’s tall, cute, musically inclined, and unbelievably intelligent. Yum.)
Anyway. I emailed my video gaming group at the beginning of last week, hoping to get back in touch with them. (Yes, I play video games. I’m so not a girly-girl.) The only one to respond was this guy friend of mine. We’ll call him – hrmm – C&M Guy. (Computer and Music Guy. Don’t ask. Long story.) So, anyway. We threw some emails back and forth and decided to get together and hang out. It’s been a while and he is a friend. (I did manage to hook up with the rest of the group this past weekend, so my emails were not in vain!)
We decided to get together on Monday (yesterday) and just be us. And we did. And it was a good time. Dinner out with conversation from my work to his work to politics. I love conversations with this guy. They just range all freaking over. It’s fantastic. And then – video games. Yes. Super Monkey Ball 2 and Soul Caliber 2. Because Monkeys should fly and the soul still burns.
A good time was had by all. Truly.
But I am an idiot. Yeah. Idiot girl. I need help. >_< Crushing on a friend. Bad. BAD! >_<
What??? WHY?? Why is crusing on a friend bad?? I think it’s good… cuz the best boyfriends and husbands are the guys you can be friends with first. I say GO FOR IT!! (If he’s single, of course… and if not, then we can plot to get the girlfriend out of the picture! lol jk!!)

Course, one of our mutual gaming friends is plotting to set him up with someone. XD
This would be the second bonus of dating him – my close group already approves of him. ::giggles:: The last guy I took to meet them, they thought he was – well – a bit on the – hrmmm – boring and unintelligent side! XD
