I would love to write a recipe, but I don’t want to bore you all again with my recipe for sage and onion stuffing, which if you want is somewhere around blackheart…so I’ll talk about my favourite season 
In England my favourite season is autumn, it’s warm, but not too warm, and between attacks from the elements it can even be sunny! I love looking and seeing all the leaves falling off the trees, and the colours it makes. I just love the colours of nature all year round, but the deep russety reds and mustard yellow colours are my favourites. You’ve made me want to grab my camera and take a trip up the hill to the park. It used to be a quarry, and was given to the town as a public park. The quarry is still in there, and it’s a lovely place to sit in summer, it’s shaded and sheltered from the wind. I’ve not been in far too long…that gives me an idea for tomorrow afternoon 😀
