Week 3 AI – Results

And, it’s time, my friends. Stream-of-consciousness blogging for the Idol results show. Thank GOD it goes to two nights next week. This three nights business is killing me. >__<
Anyway. I’ll blog about the show and all results will appear below the bump. If stuff starts to jump, that’s because I didn’t want a spoiler. Wheee.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. 16 people. 12 spots. Got it. Let’s go. Get the opening number over with. Meh. So long. Ugh.
Oh noes. Blake Lewis’s new single. F*ck. Fine. ::sighs::
Well. It’s not horrid. I guess it’s okay. Probably will end up on my playlist because it’s catchy. F*ck. >__< Paula is wearing a hat. She’s totally channeling her inner 80’s. Oy! Build the top 12 after the break. Of course. The break. Ugh. So many commercials during Idol. Bleh. (Coke is making a mint.) And – we are back. 36 million votes? Wow. Does American have nothing to do? O_o Paula’s track is #1 on iTunes? REALLY? What? How is that possible? Guys up first. Highlights. Of course.
(I forgot how I disliked Chakezie’s perfomance. It really was bad. And David Hernandez. Course, Chakezie sang Whitney Houston and David H sang Celine Dion. So – really. (; )
(Oh. Danny’s performance of Tainted Love. Ugh. (Hello! Is it me you’re looking for?! Yes. David C ftw. <3) I nearly had a heart attack. I thought they were going to commercial. Ugh. I was going to get stabby. But – no. It’s fine. Lights dimmed. Are they really going to do this one by one? Death. Total death. >___< The fates of three boys decided. More after the break. I really hate them. Ugh. Just dooooooooooooo it.
Back from the break. Christ.

UGH. Now we switch to the girls. Bleh.
(I hated Asia’h’s version of Whitney. Eh.)
(Oh yeah. Paula calling Carly a dog. Syesha ALSO doing Whitney. And Kady doing Queen.)
(Kristy is forgettable. She really is. And I don’t like Brooke either.)

The fate of three girls decided. And – break. Of course. Ugh.

Next week’s results show: people can talk on the actual show – live. Oh boy.

Back to the guys. Dim the lights. The fate of three more guys decided. (Oh. My. God. Paula is on her feet and dancing. Clapping. What is she, 12? My god!) Commercial.

And we’re back. Girl-time. Lights dimmed. The fate of three girls decided. Commercial. Of course.

And we’re back. The fate of two remain. And are decided.

Two boys left. Let’s go. Get it on, baby. And decided.

Okay ladies and gents. The final 12 is decided. Go after the nump for it. I’m outta here!

Daniel, thanks for sharing blogging duty this week! ~Muah~

See y’all tomorrow! (;

If it were anyone else writing about this I would just say you have far too much spare time on your hands. But since I know how much you enjoy AI it actually shows quite a bit of genuine enthusiasm on your part. You are awarded One Hero Cookie.

  2. B says:

I can’t believe how many commercials a 1 hour show can have!

  3. JJ says:

Too bad. I liked Asia’h. Oh well, Overmyer is still my bet. I hope she continues to do well!
