Paul still has some conectivitis in his ganikavazoink, so Poe will have to do. (; (Or whatever Mike Myers actually said. Been a while since I saw it on SNL reruns.)

Anyway. I’m watching TV and the character said something which made me think.

“What makes a child go bad? Nature or nurture?” Now, another character responded “By the time we get involved, it really doesn’t matter.” (They are police officers.)

My thought was – both. Nature can make a child go bad just like nurture can.

Good kids can go bad because of environment. And bad kids can come from a great environment.

What do y’all think?

Okay Then!

So. Work starts up again this coming week. Since the kids come back the week after that. Horray for work. >.>
Actually, it sort of is horray for work. I’m tired of being alone in my house. Two weeks is about all the time off – in a row – that I can stomach. (Unless I have SET plans.)

So, tomorrow is Monday and work starts tomorrow. Because, you know, inservice week. I called my co-worker to check the time we were due in for our yearly ‘welcome back’ meeting.

“We don’t go in tomorrow.”

Wuh? Oh. Right. The kids start back on a TUESDAY. So, rather than give us an extra day for inservice (which we really, really, really, really could use because of all the BS we have to do during the inservice week before school) – we start back on a Tuesday as well.

Glad I called.

So – bonus vacation day. What should I do with it? O_O

(PS. What the hell. Why are the kids starting back on a Tuesday? It’s not the Tuesday after Labor day, so why a Tuesday?!)

Broken Plans

My weekend plans are now off.

And I start work again on Monday.

Top Ten Men

So, Soda decided to put up her top ten dream husbands/boyfriends. I figured – why not. (;
Oh, and all you boys – I want your lists. Be it top ten men or women. (Hey, I know my readership covers both…. (; )

Now, I can’t be arsed to find an ACTUAL list, so you get a blob. So, here you go, in no particular order. I will warn you, some of these aren’t due to hotness factor, but for other reasons.

Edit: It occurs to me as I am writing this that I don’t think I’d marry all of these, but I’m pretty sure I’d take some time “with” them. Meow. 😀
