Okay. I gotta know. WHAT is the BIG deal about this FLIPPIN’ game? I mean, what they hey? All the people I know are into it and I do not understand why? Honestly, it’s JUST a game.
A game you have to pay the company TWICE to play. Yes, that gets my knickers in a twist. Not only do you need to purchase the software, you have to pay the software company AGAIN to play it at all. Why? It’s an online game. Period. (EQ fits under this and also turns my crank for the same reason.)
Why the hell would I want to pay someone for a game more than once? And I correct myself. You pay again and again and again. Because that second fee isn’t a one-time fee. No. It’s a MONTHLY fee. Now, I understand they have to institue SOMETHING to pay for the game servers, but – seriously folks, is the game THAT frickin’ good that you’ll spend 160 bucks on it in the first year? (Provided that the monthly fee is 10 bucks a month.) Is it THAT good a game?
I can’t possibly see how it could be THAT good . . .
From what little I’ve seen, it’s no better than Diablo II…but then I’m more of a Neopets kinda guy (it’s free and has like 100 games to play).
