Caramel Cappuccino Shake
Ingredients
1 cup fat-free vanilla frozen ice cream
1/4 cup fat-free skim milk
1/2 tsp instant espresso, powder (We used Folger?s Instant Coffee)
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 cup Fat Free Cool Whip
2 Tbsp fat-free caramel topping
Directions:
Blend ice cream, milk, espresso powder and cinnamon on high.
Pour into two glasses. Top each with 2 tablespoons whipped topping and 1 tablespoon caramel topping.
Makes 2 servings (4 WW Points each).
Note: You can omit the caramel and the whipped topping and it?s still damn good!! And if you don?t like cinnamon, it tastes super good without it.
Daaaaaaaaaaang, Betty. That looks MIGHTY good. Yum. What about cocoa powder instead of coffee? (Since I am a coffee-hater. (; )
