As before – click on the ‘Meltdown’ category to see old versions.
It’s called the “Monday Meltdown” and is an excuse to just let out some of the frustration within. We all have frustration, yes? So – let’s focus our frustration and let it out on Mondays – because we all know that Mondays just deserve it. Just ask Garfield. ::grins::
Here’s how it is going to work. I’m going to post a choice for you. You take it away and go! Either in the comments section or on your own blog. But if you run away to your own blog, please drop me a comment so I can come see. ::grins:: I love to read a good rant.
I also have a button up there you can ‘steal’. Steal meaning take away to your own server. Don’t direct link. I’m afraid I don’t have the bandwidth for that one. (; So – are you ready to vent? I know you are. ::grins::
This week’s rants:
1. Christmas too early
or
2. People who treat their own mistakes as yours
You are free to rant about both or just one. Some of these rants may come back around, so don’t feel you need to do both of them so you can get it in. ::grins::
Okay! Go! If you are interested in my Meltdown for the week, just click on the ‘more’ there.
My rant – Christmas too early.
Come on. Christmas is on the 25th of December. That’s DECEMBER, people. Now, I know that it’s nice to have sales leading up to that, but can we get through HALLOWEEN (and maybe even THANKSGIVING too) before we put up the damn Christmas stuff?
I’m in Target the day before Halloween. The Halloween stuff has been relegated to ONE aisle and they had Christmas Trees up. No, I’m dead serious. They were selling Christmas trees before Halloween had even occurred. I’m irritated because I want a Halloween cup and can’t find one, then DOUBLY irritated because I’m in no way ready to see Christmas things on sale yet.
GAH! It’s OCTOBER. Let me have some time before I have to think about the END of December. What is WRONG with you stupid stores. The Christmas shopping season is becoming longer and longer. At this rate, let’s just leave it up all year, eh?!
GAH!
The earlier they start, the more dough they can get…
The store down the street already has Christmas stuff DICOUNTED!!!! As in what you do on Boxing Day!!!
