As I have mentioned before, I am writing an interactive story for the Blogathon. I will be posting a section of the story. At the end, there will be a choice. You, my readers, will get to choose where the story goes. I am hoping you enjoy it. I just wanted to show you some of the things I will be using to help you with the story. There are five characters which will tell parts of the story and two places. Here’s a break down – with images! These images will appear in posts on the day of the Blogathon.
Lucian, the Crown Prince of Eyanea, a land under siege. He has been sailing the seas, stealing food and goods to feed and clothe his people. His father has assigned him a quest. Will he take the quest – or will he find another way to save his kingdom?
Jarrod, advisor to Lucian, ambassador for Eyanea. He and Lucian grew up together and have been attempting to come up with ways to save their kingdom. He has been sent out on several secret missions to further their plans.
Solstice, half-elven seer, “lady” of the Court of Tyradih. She has been in a wide variety of places, mostly against her will, due to her abilities. She has been given a title at the Court of Tyradih, the kingdom of Ryall, the man putting Eyanea under siege.
Nicholas, one of Ryall’s high-ranking guards. He is the one assigned the task of keeping a close eye upon Solstice. She sees more in him than he wishes. What will his final fate be?
Ryall, a man on a mission. A mere lord in a human kingdom, he heard of a half-elven seer. He took initiative and “invited” her to his home in Tyradih. He has many plans, which include Eyranea.
The kingdom of Eyanea. This is the home of Lucian and Jarrod. It has been placed under siege by Ryall. Ryall is seeking to take over lands by force. Eyanea needs a seriously miracle.
The kingdom of Tyradih. More a city than a kingdom, this is Ryall’s ever-widening lands. He hopes to widen his lands more by taking Eyanea and actually becoming a king.
A choice must be made. Which path will you choose? The one to the left, or the one to the right? Will you face danger, or choose safety? The entire story rests within your hands.
There you have it. A short breakdown. I hope to post some more background soon.
I’m ready! this sounds good!
